Eggs with PreK

Today we did an egg lesson with the preschoolers. We looked at what's inside an egg, how a chicken embryo develops in an egg, and then we compared various types of animal eggs and tried matching them with the correct animals. The only thing we were missing was being able to actually cook the eggs we beat up!
